Anyone else on the Fall Creators Update having similar issues or know what to do?Īfter digging for hours and looking at threads and websites/discussions and finding nothing, I finally found the "beta" drivers, which was on a completely different website than Focusrite's downloads page that I had to literally dig for. I'm completely stumped as to why this is happening. Whenever it does randomly decide to show up inside the sound properties of Windows I no longer have access to 1 Channel in the default format settings and inside of the control panel it will sometimes read "Focusrite control" with a yellow shield in Other devices.
I tried different USB ports and the same thing. The driver will be installed at the same time. If you have one of the following interfaces, download Focusrite Control. (I am using 2i2 2nd Gen driver ver: 4.36.4-484) Download the correct software, this depends on your interface and operating system.
